Jill Heslop.
Jill joined the team in June 2009 on a Part-Time Basis and is Responsible for “Front of House”- greeting customers, taking their orders as well as taking them their food. Jill has a lot of experience in dealing with customers in a retail environment and makes no hesitation in making customers feel welcome and comfortable throughout their visit.

It was a very difficult decision for me to make – what I wanted to do when I left school. Chef? Engineer? Or to pursue a career as a Police Officer with Surrey Police? On Leaving, I trained to be a Blacksmith and had my own Business at the age of 19. I moved to the South Coast in 1990 and recession hit hard and I was forced to diversify into other work. After working as a Taxi Driver in Brighton and Hove for 6 years, I moved into Catering and after 9 years was managing 2 Fast Food outlets in Shoreham – By- Sea and also managed to find time to work for Sussex Police with the Special Constabulary for 4 years. After a brief stretch as a Business Development Consultant I moved into Direct Sales and became Branch Manager in Broadwater until the Company went into Administration. I took over ‘ZoJo’s Diner’ 21st June 2008 and have been working to make ‘Beverton’s’ a place that offers something a little bit different at competitive prices.
